Can I book without an ICBC claim?
Yes. We assess private-pay body repairs as well as ICBC claims. Tell us where the vehicle is damaged and whether you have a claim number.
Do damaged panels always need replacement?
No. We inspect the damage and explain whether repair or replacement is appropriate. The condition of the panel, its attachments and the actual repair requirements guide the plan.
Can you help with transportation during an ICBC repair?
Ask us about courtesy vehicle or rental coordination when arranging the repair. We need to confirm your particular claim, booking and availability before promising transportation.
