We use Google Analytics, with your permission, to understand visits to our website, which pages are useful, and clicks on our phone and email links. Clicking a contact link does not tell us whether a call connected or an email was sent.

Analytics can collect information such as pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device information, and interaction events. Google processes this information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this setup.

You can allow or decline analytics cookies, and change your choice using “Privacy & cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. We store your preference in your browser. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or contacting the shop.

Appointment requests

When you submit an appointment request, we collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, requested date and time, and any service description or ICBC claim number you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and arrange service. Requests are processed using Google Forms, emailed to the shop and recorded as pending entries in our internal shop calendar. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Do not submit payment-card details, licence numbers or insurance documents through the form.

Booking submissions are separate from Google Analytics. We do not send your name, contact information, vehicle details, claim number or form answers to Google Analytics. Contact advancedburnaby@gmail.com about your request or personal information.
